In the context of several National and International Grants, we are seeking two outstanding Post-Doc researchersand/or motivated post-graduate Research Assistants to join us in developing new wearable devices, systems and data analysis tools for physiological and physical activities monitoring.
Activities will be carried out in a multidisciplinary research environment (based in the Unit of Measurements and Biomedical Instrumentation, Departmental Faculty of Engineering) @ Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, Rome, Italy (https://mtmbilab.weebly.com, http://www.unicampus.it). Ideal candidate should have the following expertise: Relevant publications in international journals and experience in fund raising Fluent English is essential Excellent interpersonal skills including team working and a collegiate approach. Self-motivation, initiative, and independent thought/working. Proficient in MATLAB, Python, C, C++ programming Experience in one or more of the following topics:
Wearable systems design and development, encompassing electronic design (e.g., PCB design), assembly and testing, microcontroller-based programming. Body Sensor Networks (from sensors connection to cloud and data access) Real-time data acquisition and processing (e.g., cloud-based data management system) and related algorithms Experimental protocols on human subjects
